more then week after payment was made, confirmation letter sent that order sent to warehouse, sending a second letter saying we don't have in stock your tires.
Maybe they should pay interest rate for holding my money ?

Tires have not arrived after 3 weeks. Keep saying: currier lost, waitting warehouse respond.
But never received an email about dispatched my order.
Does not want refund.

We are sorry to hear your not satisfied with your experience.
Please note we are sorry that you have not received the tracking email along with despatch information there must have been an IT error which we are looking into now.
Your order is 15 days old and as informed in the previous correspondence the goods were shipped form outside of Ireland and therefore the delivery time might be longer that usual. Your case is a little more complicated due to a possibility of this order being lost by the courier company of which you have been informed.
We tried to get the necessary document from you in order to be able to raise a claim with the courier company which was difficult as you did not want to cooperate with us.
You have been informed that this document is necessary to issue a refund.
We have received this now and are happy to confirm that your refund was issued and should be visible in your account within 1 -3 working days.

You should take care about delivery service.
I purchased 4 tyres got delivered 2 and 2.
Not same day , different days.
Dont need to say its delivery company policy and so on, you paid to do a job, so make sure job is done right way.
