Awful customers service tyres arrived so dirty that the tyre fitter refused to fit them, spent around 1 hour cleaning them so they could be fitted not what you expect from a brand new tyre sent pictures but customer service didn’t care. Buy elsewhere as they don’t care!

I actually paid less now than the identical tyre I got from OPONEO a few months ago which was a bonus.
Arrived at my door 2 days after order and looking forward to getting both fitted on my car ready for the wet season.
Hope they do their job as good as OPONEO does.

Tyres received were old stock,one was 2 years old but sold at price indicating fresh stock.
Don't bother phoning unless you want to listen to music for the rest of the day and then get and cut off.
Wish I'd gone to Demon Tweeks on ebay.

We are sorry to see that you were dissatisfied with your experience, however, we would like to clarify several points in your review.
You received two brand-new motorcycle tyres that were delivered within the advertised delivery timeframe. The DOT codes on the tyres are 1425 and 4524 respectively. This means that both tyres are just over one year from their production date.
Importantly, DOT age does not make a tyre used or second-hand. Both tyres were supplied as new, had been stored appropriately and remain fully within the industry standards for new tyre stock. Our policy allows tyres to be sold as new when they are up to 36 months from production, provided they have been correctly stored. The tyres supplied to you therefore clearly meet these requirements.
There is also no basis for suggesting that the price indicated that you should have received tyres manufactured more recently. The price was for new tyres, and that is exactly what you received. In fact, within the UK tyre market, it is not unusual for new tyres to be supplied from stock several years from their production date, with many retailers accepting and selling stock of up to five years, subject to proper storage and condition.
We would also like to address your comments regarding our telephone service. You contacted us several times and were successfully assisted by at least two members of our Sales and Claims teams, who explained the above points regarding the DOT dates and the status of the tyres. We understand that you may have disagreed with the explanation, but it is not accurate to suggest that you were simply left waiting on the telephone without assistance.
Nevertheless, we fully appreciate that you may personally prefer tyres with a more recent production date. For this reason, and despite the tyres being brand new and compliant with our standards, we agreed to arrange their collection, as you were informed during the telephone conversations.
Regarding your comment about being disconnected, during particularly busy periods our telephone lines can become unavailable due to the volume of incoming calls. Where our consultants are unable to answer a call, we also return missed calls to customers whenever possible. We would therefore kindly ask customers to contact us during the published opening hours and, if the line is temporarily unavailable, allow us the opportunity to return the call.
We are always happy to assist, but we believe it is important that the circumstances are presented accurately. We regret that the tyres did not meet your personal expectations regarding production date, but they were new, correctly supplied, properly stored and within industry stated standards for new stock.

It couldn’t have been simpler. My usual Tyre depot could not get the brand and type I wanted. Opined not only had the exact tyre I needed but delivered it free within a couple of days. The tyre depot fitted it for £30 so it was cheaper than them supplying and fitting the tyre. I will definitely use them again
