I was initially overcharged then refunded all good. A fault then occurred in the solar battery and was not charging four months post installation. Post sales support team almost impossible to get hold of; emailed instructions re how to reset, instructions too complicated for me to follow. Many emails later including to the CEO requesting an on site visit to reset the battery which were ignored .
Had put a deposit on more solar panels and have not heard anything re installation five weeks on. Communicating with this group is like falling into a void. They are fast to communicate when wanting payment.
I regret going with this company , DO NOT make the same mistake

Worked well for 18 months then just died/ not rechargeable. Company offered a good will discounted replacement but would not send outside the US.
Look closer to home if purchasing a wand. It wasn’t worth the cost
