A part of the problem has been solved, but I have still not received a response: exactly which package am I in (please send this in the requested email)? Why do they make distinctions within the same street if we have been using the same service provider for many years? My problem was that in the street where I live (Balbriggan, CastleLands estate), several of my neighbors received a very good offer from you that included even an additional glass-collecting bin. In the summer, when I called, I was supposed to receive a good package, but for some reason, I was not given a glass recycling bin. I asked why this was the case, but they could not answer, while my four neighbors do have this service from you. Another issue is that when I changed the package, they did not ask for bank details, saying that everything would remain the same—that my card would be charged as before (and this worked perfectly until now). I have not received any communication regarding this either by email or text. Therefore, I was unaware of any outstanding balance or that the payment method had changed. For this reason, I requested an informative email outlining exactly what my package includes, what I am paying for, and why (I have already dropped the subject of the glass collecting bin). So, what I expect is an email of my new package and, hopefully, an explanation of why there are such differences even within the same street, estate. Update: Yesterday I received a call from the company, where a kind customer service agent helped to resolve the problem. She was very helpful, and together we sorted everything out. I am grateful to her for the assistance she provided. For this I change my rating.
