If I could give this company less I would. I have had an account with them for many years and then all of a sudden they stopped emptying my bin. It had currently been 6 weeks and despite many phone call an emails they still cannot tell me why and seem to be doing nothing about it . If I had an alternative I would change but then maybe that’s the problem, they know you Cannt so don’t care

**Very disappointing service from Panda Bins**

Unfortunately, my experience with Panda Bins has been extremely disappointing. The communication has been very poor, and on more than one occasion my bins have not been collected as scheduled, with no explanation or warning given beforehand.

If a collection is going to be missed, customers should at least be informed and given a reason. Instead, you are left wondering what has happened and having to chase it up yourself.

For a service you are paying for, I expect reliable collections and basic communication. Sadly, Panda Bins has fallen well short of that standard.

**Very poor service and customer communication.**

This was the first time I was not met with rude, sarcastic customer service. I was listened to, sympathised with that in error my bin was missed from collection and an emergency collection organised straight away without me asking. Fantastic, friendly and helpful service received today (I was dreading the call tbh as I've always felt like I was never believed that I did leave my bin out the night before or that I left it in a visible place)

Took a while for an agent to be free on the online chat. Once Chelsea got my case she was very helpful and ordered a replacement bin straight away.

Fast response and easy to communicate with. Always recommend.

Have been with Panda for many years and have been over-paying for the service for the last few years as I have not reviewed it. I finally rang customer care and Jerome was very helpful and provided me with a very good offer, so decided to stay with Panda going forward. Thank you.

Previous review was taken down🤣 so, compost bins haven’t been collected in months resorting to me putting the thee now maggot filled bins into my car to take to the local recycling center 20km away. Really fun. Really recommend this company💀🤣 I’ve cancelled my direct debit as numerous emails and calls to customer service got me NOWHERE. Go with AES guys. 7 euro cheaper and you get a glass bin included plus an upgrade from 50 litres to 120litre bin and the added bonus is the new 120 litre bin actually gets picked up🙃
