I find the paddock website the clearest for searching for the spares I need. The staff are always very helpful. The only area for improvement would be regarding dispatching goods. If I place an order early in the day with express delivery, It's hit and miss, if it's dispatched the same day.

Often have a slightly better range of kit than Screwfix. I prefer the feel of the stores over screwfix (which can basic and sterile)

The website was nice and clear regarding product description. It arrived within the stated time frame and being an engine hoist, was very heavy and bulky but the delivery driver was very helpful in delivering it as close to my garage as possible. Once I'd assembled the Hoist, I was very pleased with the build quality. I used it recently on a heavy land rover engine and it worked perfectly.

Cons:
There is never an urgency to dispatching like other competitors.
There is little communication via text or email so you never know when the goods will arrive.

Had just the right part I needed and was delivered swiftly.

I am not that tech savvy but the process of downloading the software was straightforward and worked perfectly first time.
