Excellent customer service when I had issues ordering online and the delivery was really quick. It took a while to understand the Fitsit arrives ready inflated and I think it will take a while to get used to it (especially as I have discomfort from sciatica anyway) but I can see how it would be beneficial and why my friend recommended it.

I needed a 4” step as I have hip problems using a 6” one. Easy ordering and the step arrived quickly. I used it for the first time this week and is was just what I was looking for.

After having checkin issues , I had an online chat to ask for help.
I was able to place and pay for an order via a live call.
My order arrived the following day !

I have been using the Physical Co for my fitness class kit for years now, recently I switched to a cheaper option a****n but it was a false economy, I’m having to replace most of my resistance bands and pilates ball after such a short time. So I’m back with my reliable original supplier and won’t be moving away again any time soon. Not only that the delivery has been super quick and impeccable.

Delivery was with DPD but unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong house but fortunately I could work out the property by the picture and had to go and collect it myself. I hasten to add not Physical’s fault.
