I purchased what was advertised as a “1x Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced PSN Download Key (PlayStation) UNITED STATES”. Based on the product description, I expected to receive a single key for the game.

After completing the purchase and collecting the key, I found that I had received 11 separate PSN codes totaling $60 in PlayStation Store credit instead of a game key (the game costs $65 inc. tax, by the way). The codes themselves appear to work, but this was not what I purchased or what I expected based on the listing.

I contacted CJS Support to explain the issue and requested either the correct game key or a refund. The support team responded and explained their policy regarding collected keys. They offered to place the codes back into their system for resale and provide store credit once they were successfully resold.

I appreciate that the support representatives were polite and responded to my messages, but the resolution process was longer than expected and did not address the main issue: the product received did not match the product advertised.

I hope CJS reviews their listings to make sure customers clearly understand whether they are purchasing a game key or PSN wallet credit, as this distinction is important.

Great service! Last key stopped working after about 3 month instead of 12.. while it wasn't possible to activate it again, after some swift communication with customer service I've gotten a refund for the remaining time. I feel safe to buy another key instead.

Avoid CJS CD Keys at all costs. I paid for a Steam Key, but they delivered a risky Steam Gift bot instead—a clear case of misrepresentation.

When I requested a refund, their support hit me with a ridiculous policy: claiming I had to wait for them to resell the bad item to another customer before I could get my money back. They sent robotic, canned responses and completely refused basic customer service.

Luckily, PayPal stepped in immediately and forced a full refund/chargeback. They route their legal entity through Belize to avoid consumer laws. Do not waste your time with their support—if they scam you, go straight to PayPal/your bank for a dispute.

Don't buy guys,only support by AI never recived my code had to ask the money in PayPal

Regardless, I'm from Serbia; we don't have direct access to Adobe Creative Cloud, so with digital keys bought on CJS CD Keys, now I can use ALL Creative Cloud fully activated. Problem solved, I very satisfied. Also, the price for a digital key is often on discount, and it's a big PLUS.

Have used CJS CD Keys before, which is why I used them again.

Been dealing with this company now for several years and absolutely no issues.
Proper serials, proper storage of keys until you need them and excellent support when 'things' hiccup!

Once again, a good service at an attractive price. My only criticism is the installation instructions supplied through the web site. I wanted to install Office 2024 on a new Snapdragon based PC. The CJS-CD Keys web site offered a download of a copy of the Office 2024 installer, but it is the Intel version. This will run on a Snapdragon PC, but performance will not be very good. I took the key supplied by CJS-CD Keys, but used the Microsoft Office Deployment Tool rather than the install image from CJS. This is a lot more flexible and I got the configuration that I wanted. The supplied key worked fine with ODT.
