Beware of the SCAM investigation charges this dealer wants to charge you, took my Mercedes in for a routine service and was called later to inform me that my battery needs investigation £237 also my door was creaking while opening and closing additional £237 for investigation, I hadn't used the car for a couple of weeks so I knew battery just needed charging and when I got home checked the creaking door and found a small bolt was loose tightened it up and the door was fixed so they want to charge me £574 for absolutely nothing oh and the cost to fix any issues they find is in addition to the investigation charge what a rip off, Mercedes Sydenham London SE26 is the culprit

I bought some groceries for delivery through deliveroo from the Penge supermarket on receipt of the order the meat was discolored and packet was opened it was plain to see by the packer that the meat was not fit for consumption I feel they're treating delivery customers with contempt and if this happens again I will shop elsewhere
