PC is extremely fast and responsive and clearly well put together. The cooling effectiveness is also really strong. Only reason for 4/5 was the delay on delivery which wasn’t too significant however upon delivery on the first boot up there was an issue preventing it from coming on. It may have been caused during shipping however it seemed the sticks of RAM where not in correctly - was a simple fix of removing and reinstalling. The case is very nice and the RGB fans and GPU holder/brace are a nice touch (this was also disconnected and not supporting the GPU). Think this was likely more a DPD issue but this is the only reason for 4*. I would recommend to others as for the specs, quality and price I would struggle to find anywhere on par.

PC is as expected, it arrived without the case Fans and lights not working.
But after looking at it i could see the power cable was not plugged into the control box.
Their customer services got back to me pretty quickly and have been helpful.
But I am very happy with the PC.

Our apologies that the fan and lighting power cable had come disconnected on arrival. Just to note, we do secure our ARGB and PWM daisy chain connections with tape during the build, so this may well have worked itself loose during transit rather than being missed on our end. Either way, we are glad you managed to spot it and get it sorted, and that our support team were able to help quickly.

1st purchase from this company and item did arrive eventually, it said in stock so I paid for express delivery but I ended up chasing the order after a week. The customer service did sort this out very quickly and it arrived 2 days later. I would use again as good prices for parts.

When the website says 'in stock' I…
When the website says 'in stock' I found it actually means 'may not be in stock, may have to order from a 3rd party' ie drop shipping. If you buy from them, best contact them before placing an order to see if the item that says 'in stock' is actually on their shelf or not.
The 3rd party, Target Components don't tell the customer if the item has been dispatched or by which courier it's been sent by. They don't pass the customer details to DPD leaving you completely in the dark, so in my case I got a missed delivery.
After getting the delivery details I redirected the package to a parcel shop only for them to refuse initially to give it to me because I hadn't got a QR code. Target Components hadn't given my number or email address to DPD presumably because I'm not their customer. Not a great experience.

Works fine but has a few flaws
PC Runs perfectly, everything is installed and placed correctly, only reason im giving this 4 stars is due to the fact it wasn't blatantly stated that windows 11 was not activated, screws to install a SSD were not included either, so i had to pay for both of these.
Delivery was fine, everything was packaged pristine and made sure nothing was damaged.

Just to clarify on the Windows point, our systems that come with Windows 11 pre-activated will have this clearly stated both in the product title and within the specification options when configuring the PC, so this is always made visible before purchase.
