Although the app itself it quite good (note you have to be online to use it), I am deeply unhappy with their billing. The subscription auto-renews without a reminder a week before which is best practice but I could live with this. What is very disappointing is that without meaning to I somehow agreed to an "AI Tutor" at an additional £79 p.a on top of the core few of £49 p.a. No email notification was sent, I didn't realise I had clicked on this until I saw the extra payment on my bank statement. As I didn't realise I had taken the "7 Day Free Trial" I did not know to cancel it. Customer services refused to refund me, despite me not having accessed this add-on as I raised the issue with them a few days after the cut off. As a result I have now cancelled both the core and the premium subscriptions.

I was having trouble with a last question in the set and my phone wouldn't process it. I emailed customer services one evening, without any real hope of a response and they replied early next morning, sounding like they actually cared?! And asked for a screen shot, phone model details etc. I hope they will solve the problem but it's rare to get customer service that good!

I love this app and am finding it brilliant for both a refresher and progression on my Italian. My problem is with the technical set up I think. I mainly wanted to use it on my commute. If I lose connection for a moment or two then the app is just stuck on the processing page and won't save your progress. Meaning I have had to repeat two lessons twice And I don't think I can download a lesson to use on the underground train. So I will probably cancel my free trial :(

Unfortunately, offline lessons are not yet available, but we’re actively working on features like downloadable lessons to make learning on the go more convenient. If you decide to give us another try in the future, we hope to have this feature ready for you.

I just need to say THANK YOU!!
I have 38 (maybe 37 in truth) sized very wide feet with a high instep. I have resigned myself to Clarks' wide fitting (which are sometimes OK...) but on buying my latest replacement pair, they had changed their plain white leather trainers to a stiffer form of leather and after 3 months of pain and blisters I have to accept they are no longer for me.
I scoured the internet, found your brand and with no hope whatsoever ordered some new white trainers (with a snazzy silver star). I am in HEAVEN! They took about 20 mins of cautious wear around the house before they felt as comfy as socks.
I am delighted!! I will be back soon to peruse the rest of your website. This could become an expensive (delightful) habit!
