I had a slight trigger issue with my Purdy And Figg bottle. I emailed and spoke to a lovely lady called Catrina.. super polite and sorted the issue straight away with no issue what so ever. The order for a new trigger has been processed! I only spoke to her 5 mins ago! Fantastic and the product itself is amazing! I got the Mediterranean set! Love it!

Hi! Lovely products but I was not given an option to skip my next order - the order has gone through already. The other subscription companies I use all have very clear instructions if you want to skip a month, and always send you a warning email before processing the next order. This is needed with the Purdy & Figg website, as you offered the customer that service, but have not delivered. Many thanks,

I love your products and would much prefer to purchase as and when needed and try new fragrances instead of having to subscribe. I’ve just ordered the Mediterranean bottles so won’t need my regular subscription when it’s due.

The fragrances are amazing and beautiful presented boxes, always lovely to open my subscription.
Customer service has been helpful and especially Niño in answering my queries.

I have used this company for a year or so on and off, I absolutely love it, im a "smeller", I have to smell everything haha! So these make me actually want to clean because of the scent being so strong, I use in every room! My spray thingy broke last week, so I emailed in, thinking id not hear back, well 3 days later, here arrives another one! The customer service is amazing, don't delay, honestly you will never look at zofl@ra again or fabuls@, (didnt want to name & shame but you get the drift 😉

Such a shame. Genuinely enjoyed their products but the customer service is just appalling. Unhelpful and dismissive.

Sneaky tactics regarding subscriptions. Upcoming subscription Emails read as if they are marketing emails for "new scents released" easily missed by busy people sifting through hundreds of emails a week.

Have ended up with tons of product that I don't need/use, all because they don't clearly label their subscription emails as such. Complained once about this after paying for an order I would've altered/skipped had I had the fair chance/warning... said it would be noted and addressed, just for the exact same thing happening again. They don't offer any assistance, understanding or compensation.. you can't speak to an actual human to explain or justify your experiences... they have simply cancelled my account going forward.

Quickly resolved my issue and sent a replacement with no charge.

I had a query about an order that was delivered and I was extremely satisfied with how Purdy & Figg responded. I first used their online chatbot, which they then followed up with emails. All sorted out to my complete satisfaction quickly and easily. Gorgeous products, too!

Purdy and figg is always a hit in my house. I ADORE the patchouli surface cleaner and i rave above the lasting smell. So can you imagine the pure delight when an email dropped in my box revealing FLOOR CLEANER!! And in my favourite scent 😍😍😍 omg i was ripping that box open and deep cleaning my kitchen the day I received and i was not disappointed. My house smells amazing, layering the scent has just made it last even longer and im one very happy lady. I actually enjoy chores , well who wouldn't when you can sit back and enjoy the gorgeous scents from Purdy and Figg

I have been subscribing to Purdy and Figg for almost 2 years and have always found their service and products of a high quality. Their customer service support is very quick and efficient. Miller, part of the support team, dealt with a query I had in a very professional but friendly manner. It made the whole process incredibly easy and I am a very happy and grateful customer.

I have been a subscriber for several years and love everything about it, the ease of the subscription, the beautiful fragrances they create, the amazing micro clothes ( wow they polish anything and everything to look like new, best of all their customer service is five star, I’m not sure that I can supply the details of what happened, suffice to say I wanted to purchase something they couldn’t supply, instead they supplied something else that was costly to them, not me they supplied and delivered it for FREE !!! Companies do not function like this anymore, this one does , thank you soo much, again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😭

I canceled my orders back in May. I got a message cant find a account under my email. I recieved an email order is shipping out this month. Product i liked but to cancel is horrible. Im moving.
