The product is good but does only last just under a month before reinfestation. Arrives on time but I find the amount and size of packaging very wasteful. It could be much much smaller.

Thank you for the paw-some feedback.Our new bags are much smaller in size and weight than the old cardboard boxes, allowing us to fit more packages in our dispatch lorries. This means they have a more efficient journey to your doorstep, reducing our carbon footprint as well as consumer waste.
They’re made from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and contain recycled materials! They’re fully recyclable, waterproof, strong, and of course – still personalised!
These bags help us reduce our costs without passing any price increases over to you, our customer.

RAC were efficient. It was only to get the wheel off we were prepared to change the wheel ourself but it was stuck to the chassis even the poor rac man had a job to shift it. But he did. Nice chap quiet and efficient
