I've just bought the bike I wanted with a genuine 10% reduction on the shop price. Delivery was free and the bike will arrive in the next day or so. What's not to like?

I ordered this as a replacement lance for my Lavor pressure washer, it fits perfectly and works at least as well as the original equipment. Delivery wasn't quick but it arrived on the day advertised.

We've always found the Direct Ferries website very easy to use but on this occasion, we had problems when we came to pay for our booking. Two of our payment cards, both valid cards, were not accepted (after several times of trying) and we had had to use a third card to complete the payment. However, in spite of the inconvenience, we will continue to use Direct Ferries in future.

Excellent experience as always - and it would have been a 5 Star rating if I’d been warned in advance to book the crossing in euros in order to use my Covid voucher. It was just a bit irritating to have to make my booking again. But it’s done and I’ll certainly use Direct Ferries again.

I've bought from Toolstation in the UK for many years, I've always been pleased with their products and prices, and was delighted to learn that they sell in France online. I bought these boots at their discounted price of 35.22€, they are comfortable and they'll do the job, but they'd be very expensive at their full price. Delivery was quick and traceable all the way.

We always use Direct Ferries to book our crossings and find the choices they offer of alternative carriers, routes and times extremely helpful in planning our trip. Our personal details are stored on their website which saves time, but I've made our current booking without noticing that the car registration needed to be changed. I changed it for the outward trip and expected it to change automatically for the return leg. My fault entirely, I'll be more careful next time, and I'm sure we'll sort it out with a phone call.
