My delivery was rerouted. Instead of the nearest delivery point 1km away, it's been sent to Samoens which is a two hour round trip!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Alltricks.

I ordered a pair of trekking poles for €139, which were on sale at the time. Due to a shipping mistake made by Alltricks, my package never arrived. Instead of my delivery address, the return address was placed on the parcel, causing it to be sent straight back to their warehouse.

Because of this error, I had to leave for my hiking holiday without the trekking poles I had specifically purchased for that trip. The entire situation took almost one month to resolve. During that time, my €139 was tied up, meaning I couldn’t use my money to buy replacement trekking poles elsewhere before my holiday.

After waiting nearly a month to receive my refund, I asked for compensation. The only compensation offered was a discount on the exact same trekking poles. Unfortunately, by then the sale had ended, the price had increased, and shortly afterwards the trekking poles were completely out of stock. In other words, the compensation was impossible to use and had no real value.

To make matters even worse, Alltricks simply closed the case without offering any reasonable alternative or meaningful compensation, even though the entire problem was caused by their own shipping mistake.

Mistakes can happen, but leaving a customer without their order, holding their money for almost a month, causing them to miss an important hiking trip, and then closing the case with a useless compensation offer is simply unacceptable.

This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in Alltricks. I will not order from them again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service or proper customer support.

I ordered a bike computer and at the date they said it would surely be delivered, the tracking says the order is only accepted and not even ready to ship. I send a message asking about the delay but they haven't answered yet. I hope they solve this quick. At this moment I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this store!

The price was very competitive

Good range of cycle helmets in stock, and well priced. Also a great range of delivery options including Express delivery. Very happy again with Alltricks.

Ordered a Fox thru axle with this company and on going on to the website to check the progress I noticed order had been cancelled. No email from company, just cancelled and kept my money. I want an immediate refund into my account or I will be contacting my card issuer to inform them I have been scammed.

edit: I have sent my iban number as requested but still no refund into account.
