Outstanding value, service and speed of delivery. I ordered 6 bottles of Pol Roger for our wedding as Laithwaites were out of stock (which is just over a week away). The bottles arrived only a day and a half after ordering. This low-key website is a winner!

I got amazing customer service from Ellie on the help desk when our menus were sent to the wrong address. I couldn't reach the courier but Ellie swiftly got the menus reprinted and sent to the correct address. The menus are beautiful. The printing and colour is brilliant quality just as in the photos on the website and their standard paper weight is solid. Would definitely use them again.

I had such a great time recording my voicereel with Marcus. The atmosphere in the studio was super relaxed yet professional. His scripts enabled me to show a wide range of characters/ styles and the stings were perfect and really elevated the standard of the reel. He also gave fantastic notes to improve each take. He's great on communication and production was very quick. Also great value.

I cannot speak highly enough of Waggel. The claims process took me about 20 seconds and they were onto it. The money I'd paid at the vets was back in my account in about a week. There's virtually no paperwork. I've made claims for my dog for chocolate poisoning and a suspicious lump that was sent for investigation. Their customer service was kind, thoughtful and responsive. Waggel puts pet insurance into a new league. It's great to see a young company with fantastic values and service thriving.

Admiral are really expensive and make it impossible for you to opt out of your policy. I had one year of car insurance with them, priced slightly higher than others but I went with them. To renew they upped my insurance from £754 to £795. Why? I never made a claim. I went to Direct Line who quoted £536. Saving me £259. So I wanted to stop my auto renewal but it seems impossible. Especially as we are in the midst of the Corona virus. I can't reach them by phone or email. There is no simple button to stop auto renewal in the account part of the website. They have my card details and I can't stop them taking a payment which seems completely wrong. The only way to move forward was to register a complaint. Don't trust the wholesome Admiral character advertising campaign. These guys are sly money grabbers.

Lee was great at getting me the best price. Loved the samples he sent me. So much nicer than what I had seen in another marble place in Wandsworth. When I was ready for my kitchen surface Lucas did a fantastic job installing it. Very skilled and friendly. Will definitely be recommending to my friends.
