I'm so sad- this planner is academic- the filters were weekly planner 2027 and now I'm going to have to waste my money and purchase another planner- I just needed a weekly planner for 2027. either there was a glitch or sent the wrong thing :(

Majority of the order not completed
The company forgot to include the major part of the order - I ordered a customised journal and pens, and they only sent the pens. When I contacted them they were slow to reply and made no real acknowledgement, explanation or apology for the mistake - just that they would send the rest of the order. This was a birthday gift, ordered with plenty of anticipation but due to the delays in a response from the customer service team, it means that I wasn't able to give this on time.

Quality and Responsiveness
I received a planner format that I did not order an Papier responded immediately and corrected the order. I appreciated the responsiveness. I also know that the quality of the product is excellent - I've been ordering planners from Papier for years and plan to continue to do so. I also love opening a product that is so thoughtfully wrapped - even though it's not a gift, I feel like it is!

Great, practical format.
I make a lot of lists and ideas on paper but they are across multiple notebooks so last year I decided to try this diary and I have bought again for next year. I make my goals and budget for the month in the monthly section, write in my daily schedule and have the back section for packing lists, annual goals and ideas etc. I like the binding so I can open flat. Great product.

Very happy customer
We didn’t leave ourselves a huge amount of time to put a picture book together but this site was easy to use, reasonably priced and quick to deliver. The end result was brilliant and would definitely use the site again and happy to recommend it too.
