I'd been wanting a new dining table for a while, really wanted a mango wood finish. As you can't see it before you buy, its always a risk. However I'd spoken on the chat function to coku rep and promptly ordered. Was able to pick delivery date. Item arrived really well packaged, the delivery guys handled it with care. It was extremely heavy. Easy to attach the legs, hardest bit was disposing of all the packaging as was a lot of it (which is a good thing). Love the table, its such a beautiful piece of furniture.

I ordered 4 dining chairs, was able to pick my delivery date and was kept up to date on the time slot they'd arrive. Came within time slot, delivery drivers were friendly and handled the items well. And the chairs were on offer at 50% off so even better!

The delivery arrived during the allocated delivery window. The 2 guys were really friendly, polite and handled the item carefully. I had no idea it would be so heavy, so props to them and their backs! Thanks again.

The bags are beautiful. This is my 3rd one and they're just lovely. Well made, straps are changeable (and long enough) and always arrive pretty quickly. This one was left out in the rain for hours (thanks royal mail!) But not a drop of rain on the actual bag due to how well it was packaged.

The courier arrived within the delivery hour slot, handled the item with care and wasn't rushing off as some just leave parcels on door step. He was polite and well dressed. No complaints, thank you

I've ordered a few times and always super easy to navigate the website. The products are awesome so when I was getting a new phone, I knew where to go for a case and phone loop (can't do without a loop)

It was super easy online. Purchased and the machine arrived the day after. Impressed as thought it may take til after the weekend

Easy to order online and the pillows arrived quickly. Packaged well. I already had 2 of them which are a lot firmer than the set I received recently. They seem more like the soft ones even though they are labelled firm. Disappointed to be honest

I ordered 5 items but 1 was missing from the parcel when I picked it up from store. It was also out of stock so I had to ring customer services to sort it out. Sophie on the phone was really helpful and she sent the item out express delivery for me with no extra charge. It arrived the next working day which was quicker than the timescale she gave me. Hence 4 stars not the 5 as the store weren't overly helpful.

I love the colour and the design. The water keeps cool so is perfect. But I do find that it leaks slightly if the bottle is laid down. Kinda disappointing, hence not giving 5 stars.
