An absolutely fantastic holiday at the Aquamare Resort hotel in Paphos , Cyprus.
A great hotel, fantastic food, amazing pool with gardens and beach. The staff were spot on. Very friendly and helpful.
As for the flights, you just feel so much more valued than with the budget airlines, Jet2 make you feel like a customer not paying cattle. Again the staff were 110%. The ONLY reason I haven't given 5 stars is that we had to spend 8hrs or so, trying to sleep on the floor at Budapest airport due to our flight having to divert due to a medical emergency and hour into our flight home. I know that such instances are beyond the control of the airlines and although communication was exceptional throughout the experience really left a sour taste at the end of a fantastic holiday. Will we use Jet2 again for packages and flights, definitely. Thanks for your efforts Jet2, 5 Stars next time

There are many reasons why Polka Dot Travel in Stafford fully deserve 5 Stars, Mainly for their commitment to provide the best service they can.
Our holiday didn't exactly go to plan, through absolutely no fault of theirs. They found an amazing holiday to Iceland and New York at a great price, unfortunately due to weather in Iceland the Airline cancelled the flight out as we arrived at the airport, making the holiday a no go. The next day we went to see Julie in store and she pulled out all the stops, found us a great hotel and flight out to New York the next morning for a fantastic 5 night , 6 day trip.
On our return we then needed to follow up our cancellation and refund, it didn't happen as fast as we wanted but Julie again worked above and beyond to speed the process up and the refund was soon back in our bank account. so in short the staff are there for you whether it be finding your dream trip OR to sort out any issues beyond their or your control. Well done to the girls at Stafford Polka Dot, Thankyou for all your efforts and a New York trip full of wonderful memories.
