We’ve been using Marley Spoon for quite a while and have been mostly very happy. Recently recipe choices haven’t been so interesting and ingredients of lower quality. Also packing of boxes is done with less care, ie ingredients appear thrown in last minute. It feels like there has been some changes made to save costs without consideration to customers.

On behalf of a friend, her internet speed was reduced because she had apparently not paid, except that she had…. After a long conversation, speed was restored and a refund issued and then 4 days later another bill arrives. Telstra - please contact for further information and to resolve the situation.

Our driver did not stop to pick us up and actually accelerated when we showed the phone and the app showed that we had been picked up and we were charged. I’d like to rate this driver but seems Uber aren’t interested

I had a bad start as I arrived to a cold house, it is 2 degrees outside and no heat. The boiler was flashing a fault however I managed to resolve the issue and the house is now very cosy. I received a call from the management team to ensure I was ok which was good.

Customer service was excellent, Alex helped bring my order forward due to travel and acted responsively and quickly to any communication. I’m very pleased.

Extremely long delivery time and wrong order delivered. I tried to chat online and it either crashed or I was cut off twice. I do not plan to use Menulog again

The package was delivered on time however i think leaving a parcel in the recycling bin is a dangerous strategy, especially if you don't leave a note to say you have done it. This was a gift and was discovered just in time!

Very unhappy with the frames as far too big and fall off my face and anyone else who tried them on, maybe I missed something? I also thought it was two for the price of one but only received one pair. Service was good though
