Although it took a lot longer to resolve than expected and was initially caused by the engineers who changed my meter as soon as Dave was involved I knew the problem would be resolved (no matter how long it would take).

MyHeatpro service takes all the worry out of your boiler and central heating. For a nominal monthly fee your MyHeatpro ensure your boiler is professionally serviced every year. It also includes a free call-out for your heating which again takes out all the concern should you have an additional issue. The engineer is professional and explains your systems performance in a way that is easy to understand. I would definitely recommend.

A convenient and professional service.
The shuttle stop was easy to find and convenient, near the Vatican (Cavour I believe).
Although by the time the shuttle came (on time) there was a que, the young lady in charge was very professional and pleasant.
The journey itself was slightly longer than a taxi, but nothing to be concerned about.
Overall good value .

MyHeatPro.
Excellent service. Arrived on time , explained what he was going to do. Also explained the adjustments he made. Checked and found there was low pressure to the house and called the gas supplier to come round immediately and check. I cannot recommend this company high enough.

The package would not go through the letterbox which is a problem for me .

Thank you for your review.
We are currently reviewing the packaging we do use, ideally this does need to be small enough to facilitate letterbox deliveries wherever possible but also be robust to withstand possible damage while in transit.
On viewing your account, I can see that the most recent order have was dispatched using a letterbox style parcel method. We do work within Royal Mail size guideline for these which are 35.3cm length, 25cm width and 2.5cm depth.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your medication will fit in to our letterbox parcel, this is dependent on the number of items in the order and the size of the medication boxes, if the depth of the medication box is more than 2.4cm then this will not fit in to our letterbox parcel.
We also have the option of delivering to an alternative delivery address if this is more convenient for you such as your work address, or setting up a safe place where your parcel could be left such as a neighbour or somewhere around your property that would be safe for a parcel to be left for you.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused, if you require further assistance please contact us.

The process went well until it came to delivery, when the tablets which have fitted through the letterbox previously were packed in a box which was much to large.
This meant I had to travel an 8 mile round trip to go to the Royal Mail sorting office.
This negated all the good points.
