Ordering from the Netherlands, my package got stuck with DHL. Fabio reacted fast and kind to my request for help with the package and helped well, being in contact with DHL and eventually getting my order delivered. Products are great, even including VAT and shipping cheaper than here in NL!

I've been using Forward2me to get goods from the UK to the Netherlands for a while, but this time it went wrong with a piece of jewelry as the carrier (DPD) did not allow it due to restrictions. Jus of the UK warehouse helped me figure out what happened and sent my package via another courier, which did allow it.

Ik ben gewoon thuis, was even de was ophangen, en er is (zover ik heb vernomen), niet aangebeld, er is geen briefje achtergelaten en ik heb zeker ook niet getekend, hoewel dat wel is aangegeven. Toen ik beneden kwam en de email zag dat mijn pakket was afgeleverd dacht ik dat dit het tweede verloren pakketje in 1 maand zou worden, maar na even zoeken vond ik het dus in mijn tuin.
Ik vind het zeer slecht dat er gewoon voor mij getekend wordt (waarom krijg ik dan een mail met een code??), en dat het pakket vervolgens gewoon achter mijn poort in de tuin wordt geplaatst. Voor hetzelfde geld was mijn hond ontsnapt of iets dergelijks, of was het nat geworden.

I had my doubts when I started using this service, as you entrust strangers with (valuable) goods, but I must say I am impressed! As a big fan of Whisky and with a husband who is from the UK, it enables us to buy goods in the UK from companies who do not ship abroad and get it delivered to our home in the Netherlands. The repackaging service is great too and keeps the costs down, while making sure everything is save during transport.
There are only two downsides and those are the pricing which remains quite high, especially for some goods like alcohol, and the fact that when shipping products like that you will have to contact customer support first for a quote.
Customer support is friendly, fast and helpful. Overall, I am a happy and returning customer.

Ik had een slaapmasker besteld en ik kreeg het keurig geleverd, maar de plek waar je ogen zouden moeten zitten zaten heel erg dicht tegen elkaar (het was verkeerd genaaid). Contact gehad met de klantenservice en kon het product kosteloos retour sturen.
Ik had qualiteit verwacht in de producten, maar de service was goed, dus een 'gemiddelde' score.

Bezorger hield voldoende afstand ivm de maatregelen & was vriendelijk.
