Always had great service from HIP and never an issue with returns. Such a shame they appear to be closing down.

The vault sale was full of excellent offers and the deliveries were all quick and the points can earn on purchases was a welcome surprise.

The bundle offer is excellent option and if purchase when other offers on. Price works out similar to supermarket 4 for 3.
All the beers have tried have been excellent and possibly some only available from Vocation direct.
All in all great beers and great service.

The item was delivered when requested and was very easy to setup and get up and running. The kit included in the purchase was all of great quality and the fan was a more than welcome addition.

Moved house and messed about by broadband provider. Checked which service was best for mobile data. To find a stop gap and Lyca mobile have proved to be best for price and productivity in my area. Really easy to purchase and great offers.

Every time I give this company a chance they let me down. Withheld sending an order as knew item was delayed. Why not send a partial order. Then give them another chance. Reactivate my account. Then close the chat saying prescription not approved. Clearly is in the NHS app. This company was once reliable. Will now no longer use them.

Have sent numerous emails without reply and now Instagram DM, as requested and still nothing.

Ordered a jacket in the sale and made the wrong choice on size. Berghaus honoured the sale price on my new order. Also repaired previous items for cost of postage. Great all round goods and service.

Have been using Very since purchased PS5 off them. Keep returning as they have great offers and no quibbles with returns.

Saw a denim jacket from true religion that couldn't find at the right price point. A quick Google search found the jacket at brand alley at easily the best price. Ordered and delivered in no time.

Ordered a few things in the sale and had an issue with one item. The customer service team were more than helpful and in the end all items have purchased are great quality and will use again.

Never had issues using inpost for returns or collections and one time had an issue which had created myself by putting wrong item in post box. Rang them and sorted it all remotely for me.

The item was in the sale at very good price. Purchase was easily made and really happy with the quality.

At this stage of selling our house can only say the solicitors our buyer are using ONP, are wilfully delaying our progress. Over 2 weeks for the solicitor to sort a 2 day turn around for a water search, amongst other issues. I would highly NOT recommend using these solicitors at all and advise anyone involved in your chain not too either.

Bought a Garmin fēnix 7 watch. The watch would not charged. When on to the support team for John Lewis warranty support. Their advise as the issue was a missing pin from charge port of the watch. This was accidental damage. The pin is integral to the watch working and cannot be removed unless there is a fault.
Basically their warranty means nothing beware when buying electrical products from John Lewis. As may not have the warranty you thought.
Luckily Garmin have sorted this under their warranty.

Had an issue with parking onsite. The in-store shop said would help but could head office be advised to make them aware of the ongoing issue affecting customers at the branch.
Did this and 3 months later and with no assistance from Iceland now have to pay the full fine. We did all work provided the evidence. The parking company requested Iceland to forward this and they wouldn't. Basically this supermarket has customer service that is in name only a service. In this case AI would have been better to deal with at least, get answers.
Poor would not recommend shopping there ever!!!?

Canary contacted myself about claiming tax back on a previous PPI claim. Once notification received from HMRC that a cheque had been paid. Then once filled out Canary claims payment process. Have had no payment. Complained to HMRC and say as far as they concerned money paid. Financial ombudsman can't do anything "As the business/complaint a week relates to a tax claim which is not FCA regulated, we’re unable to consider this complaint for you.". So basically no money and no comeback from Canary claims.
