Had an issue with parking onsite. The in-store shop said would help but could head office be advised to make them aware of the ongoing issue affecting customers at the branch.
Did this and 3 months later and with no assistance from Iceland now have to pay the full fine. We did all work provided the evidence. The parking company requested Iceland to forward this and they wouldn't. Basically this supermarket has customer service that is in name only a service. In this case AI would have been better to deal with at least, get answers.
Poor would not recommend shopping there ever!!!?
