Sold me a worn item

They ship out worn, dirty cap to me. It has a make-up stain all over it. It’s very frustrating that this item passed any quality inspection before being sent out.

Horrible delivery with items missing or…

Horrible delivery with items missing or the entire package missing. Reached out to customer service with no response. I really wanted to love the brand but I can’t seem to get a full order from them without some sort of issue. Very disappointed. Unlikely to shop here again.

[EDIT] July 23 - it really shouldn’t have to come down to leaving negative reviews for Represent to address order issues or customer complaints. The moment this review hit Represent reached out even though I reached out a week ago to let you all know of the issue. I will never shop the brand again after this poor customer service experience.
