Everything went well from ordering to delivery, can’t comment on quality of posters/pictures as they are a Christmas present! As things stand at the moment,I would recommend!

Items were shipped super quick and arrived beautifully packed, and were exactly as seen in photo. I had been shopping around for said items but, when it came to postage once again it was postcode charges that were daylight robbery! I came across celebrations and toys quite by accident and looked at reviews which were excellent, I decided to purchase and waited with baited breath for the postal charges at checkout and was pleasantly surprised that I wasn’t penalised for my postcode.
If I could give more stars I would ( purchased on Saturday received items first thing on Monday morning ). I will have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family. Thank you !

Received different item from seller, got onto PayPal for refund. Did all that they requested ie: send item back get tracking number etc, with photo evidence. I GOT REFUNDED MY POSTAL FEES!
but here’s the sting in the tail —- they refused my case due to the fact I did not send postal proof or tracking number. I also have email sent from PayPal acknowledging my tracking number, and email from the gentleman I spoke on the phone with but, when I go into my sent emails in correspondence to this case, every email is there Except the one containing tracking information. Very convenient!

So not only am I out of pocket but, thanks to PayPal I don’t even have the item seller sent me!

I received different item from seller on eBay, got onto PayPal who agreed they would take on my case, I was asked to send item back to seller and get tracking number,and I would be reimbursed postage, which I did recorded delivery. I sent PayPal tracking number and proof of receipt,. Got a reply email from PayPal in acknowledgment,
I waited up to 30 days ——still no sign of refund, but did indeed get refunded postage.
Today I got email from PayPal to say my claim was refused as I did not submit postage tracking number. What a joke — you couldn’t make it up , “wonder what they think refunded postage was for “.
There should be a box to tick for minus stars!!

Really great looking planter, very quirky, and well made. price was excellent too, as I got it in the sale! My only regret is I never bought two. Will have to keep looking to see if I can get another at the price I paid.

Bathroom mirrored cabinets are exactly as seen in photo ( exactly what I wanted). Very happy! I only gave 4 stars as I never got email to say they had been dispatched, which gave me a few worried nights ( had to phone to inquire), packaging could have been a bit better considering it was all mirrored doors. Overall, I would purchase from heatandPlumb again.
