I was a bit dubious about ordering from Tap Warehouse as it was my first purchase —— glad I took the plunge. Item arrived as seen in photo, well packaged, and delivered within timescale.
Would use this company again!

Bag was as seen in photos! Had a question,email was answered swiftly, very happy with purchase. Bag came on time. If I had a criticism it would be the size of box it came in HUGE! I came apon this site by chance. —- so glad I did, will definitely recommend to my friends (mmm or maybe not) —— keep all the goodies for myself!😉

I dithered whether to order or not, glad I did. Item arrived quickly, and was exactly as the photo had depicted. My only issue was i didn’t get a email stating order had been dispatched. I would certainly order again!

I am a returning customer, which speaks for itself. Items have always arrived on time, well packaged, exactly what was ordered and considerably cheaper than elsewhere.I would certainly recommend.

Waited 5 days to get email to say that two of my items were out of stock, and that the rest were now getting dispatched. I went back online to see "out of stock items" still in stock. Phoned customer services and was told that online stock had not been updated. I again went online next day and added successfully 5 of each items to basket, which clearly were not out of stock. I further contacted customer services by email..... still waiting for a response.
It was spend £25.00 get £5.00 off and free postage over £50.00, refund had the discounted price !!!! AND I now have to wait up to seven days for money to clear.
To wait 5 days for items to be dispatched and another couple of days to arrive is ridiculous.
Would need to be DESPERATE to order online again with no guarantee of receiving items that are still clearly in stock. If you like a gamble you're in the right place!!!

Good quality flowers for the money. Arrived quickly. Would purchase again.
