Our first time in an upside down house and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The social space was great with lovely views. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the position close to Westward Ho and the beach was great.

My sales coordinator was Ruby who kept me informed and provided the vehicles I was interested in. The only niggle was the holding deposit which I thought would be returned but it was logged as ‘an admin charge’. The only thing now is seeing the car I’ve chosen and delivered next week.

I ordered the Einhill mitre saw from central depot and it arrived at the branch earlier than expected. When I got the saw home and put it together, I did have trouble with the blade locking mechanism. However, a quick call and then a visit to the branch a quick inspection and they replaced my saw on the spot. Great service and saw works fine.

Goods ready for click and collect quickly, service at the desk good as usual, however, on this occasion I purchased a Dewalt grinder and the grinding blade was not in the box. I rang customer service but after 13 mins gave up and used an old blade off my old Grinder.
