Said the item would be delivered in store next day for pickup - I phoned at 3.00 as no call received and they did not know where it was and couldn’t confirm when it was going to arrive . Defeats the point of ordering for next day delivery really

What a wonderful Rife
I dropped in to have a look at mallet putters. I was given assistance when I asked for it and eventually settled on a Rife putter that I wouldn't have picked up if it wasn't for the excellent guidance of the assistant. It just worked for me where the big brands I had expected to like just didn't suit me. I was very pleased with the trade in option as well. Overall very pleased.

The sales selection is very poor in store compare to what is being advertised on your website. not unless you buy it from your website.
There NO selection of mini drivers in store .
I have to admit over the past few years it has been getting slighty worse each year .
On a good note the Staff & service were first class .
Your prices were reasonable on certain items .

Easy Collection
My order went to the store as planned, but American Golf used DPD for one of the items and they never told me that the item had been dropped off. The staff at the store were great.

Never respond to complaints
ordered a straw hat for summer golf. It arrived, the box was crushed and the hat was also crushed. I have manage to straighten it to a point, but is still looks rubbish. I have complained twice on their website, but predictably no response. I've spent thousands with American golf over the years, well they won't be getting another penny from my due to this £20 hat.
