Ya te pueden estafar con una compra o un servicio que ING no va a mover un dedo por sus clientes, que lo resuelvas con el comercio o que reclames al banco central...que cara más dura, penosa su atención al cliente, y encima te hacen perder el tiempo con sus formularios inútiles.

I asked for their help on a refund for an problem I had in an accomodation I booked that had a cockroache outbreak and where the bed was broken and they said there was nothing they could do! That wound be unacceptable with any other bank. Unprofessional customer service, very disappointed.

I booked an accomodation with Booking.com for 2 nights 19-21 of May. The apartment had a cockroache pest and the bed was broken. I wasn't able to enjoy my stay and Booking took no responsability when I asked for a refund. It seems they have no health and safety regulations, unacceptable and so unprofessional. Use it as your last option!!

The hotel I booked with TUI was full of Covid and I ended up sick during my holiday. The manager knew and TUI kept sending people to this hotel.
My flight back to the UK also completely infected with Covid.
TUI says it is not their responsability and I should contact my travel insurance company.
I will NEVER use TUI again!

I am not happy because they remove items of your delivery saying that are not available anymore just hours before the order arrives so there is no time to amend it. Then you search for them on their online site and you find out they are available...it doesnt seem reliable at all.

Hermes should have delivered a parcel on 5 days ago and I am still waiting for an update. Its is impossible to comunicate with them. Totally unreliable. I will avoid Hermes as much as possible.

As many people says it is not a company I would recommend. I tried to change my dates on the same journey and I had to buy new tickets. Still waiting for a refund after their policy of having to send the old tickets on the post, recorded. Their server wouldn't respond and kept giving errors...a waist of time and money after all.

I won't be buying anything else from them. I bought an item that never arrived and they won't refund my payment. Only Groupon Credits. Unbelievable...The customer service is completely useless.

They seem to have lost my parcel. Their website to track the delivery doesn't even work. I wouldn't recommend their services. Great disappointment and frustration. Avoid Seur!!

I have decided to change my review because after speaking with Mads, from Customer Service, they have offer me a gift voucher for the value of my sneakers. I have ordered another pair that has arrived on time. I hope this new pair last much longer. Anyway I really appreciate Mads effort to give me a solution and his kind and friendly manner.



I bought a pair of sneakers from Arkk and after wearing them for two months they have starting breaking at the front. They are very confortable but I would expect them to last much longer as they are not exactly cheap.
Customer service hasn't accept any responsability so far because I bought them on a shop while on holiday and not online in their official website. Very dissatisfied and disappointed about it.
I won't buy this brand again if they are not made to last, just design after all...

Llevo dos dias llamando para que me confirmen un pedido y aun no me han cogido el telefono ni una sola vez. He intentado comunicarme con ellos por correo electronico y tampoco se han dignado a contestar...
Me da muy poca confianza que me hayan hecho el cargo en la tarjeta y no me confirmen el pedido de ninguna manera..
No creo que vuelva a utilizar su tienda!

Al final llego mi pedido...10 dias despues eso si...y sin ningun aviso o disculpa por no llegar en las 48h a las que se comprometen..no lo recomiendo la verdad!
