Brilliant customer service. Dan found the part I needed and the item arrive safely this morning (11/10/2024). It was well packed and I was able to fit it immediately.
Although the original part has been discontinued the part supplied is a compatible alternative and does the job.

Very pleased with my light-layer, cosy Ariana fleece. The green colour is lovely and it is true to size and fits well. I haven't tried washing it yet, but I have a similar garment and that washed well. It is good value for money, especially at the sale price!

The quality of the paper and binding was, as usual, very good, although there was a slight blemish on one of the inside cover sheets. Processing was also slightly slower this time. I was disappointed that the colours are not as brilliant as in my original photos and that you have to look through the book in sunlight, or under a bright lamp, to see all the detail. The books are still a good way to make your memories easily accessible.

The dress arrived quickly and, when I opened the package, I thought the fabric was nice. However, although I ordered the smaller size as recommended, when I unfolded the garment it was huge and shapeless. It was so wide that even the drawstring waist didn’t help. The pattern on the side seams didn’t match so the stripes looked messy. Obviously, I returned it immediately. Great service from Lands' End but this dress was awful and certainly not up to the usual standard of Lands' End products.

Fast, efficient system with a simple to use interface.

Customer service was very good and the returns process operated well. I measured carefully and followed the guidelines on the Seasalt website to endure that the blouse I ordered was correct for me, but it was too small so I returned it and ordered the next size up. This fits, but is still snug and I don't think it is true to size. The sleeves are also very long. I love the fabric and style, and can adjust the buttons, so will keep the garment and enjoy wearing it.

The whole transaction was excellent. Communications were timely, the tree was well-packaged and delivered promptly, and the courier followed instructions and left it as requested. All the online care instructions are clear, and I look forward to seeing my tree flourish next year.

I hadn't used the software for a while and needed to re-learn some of the techniques, and the help wasn't as good as I had hoped. I had problems with the fonts and font sizes when I copied and pasted text that I had prepared earlier. The actual book is high quality and was well wrapped and protected, and delivery was fast. Customer support and communications were good. However, I had forgotten that the photos are much darker in print than on the screen, so was a little disappointed with the finish. I would definitely use CEWE again, but with the caveats mentioned above.

Excellent service as usual and particular thanks to the Yodel courier, who was helpful and friendly - the tracking app is useful too. After over 20 years of receiving and enjoying great wines, which are good value for money, I can highly recommend The Sunday Times Wine Club.

Sadly, this is the first time that The Sunday Times Wine Club has not fulfilled our order as promised. We received a small part of our order on the correct date, but it was dumped on the back doorstep and the driver didn't follow the clear instructions on where to leave the box, didn't ring the bell or leave a card. We have received no information about when the major part of the order will be fulfilled, even though we 'phoned and alerted the company to the problem.

As usual, the advisor at Sunday Times Wine Club was helpful. However, the line was extremely poor and he could have chosen to call us back to get a better connection, as we made him aware of the problem several times during the conversation. The order was as requested and arrived within 24 hours. However, the Yodel driver did not follow instructions to leave the boxes in our porch and left them outside, even though he could see that my husband was on crutches!
We hope this is a one-off incident, as the service is usually excellent.
