I have used CEWE before and as always the product and service is excellent

I have used Cewe for photo gifts for a long time, as I like the quality of their products.
Recently, however, for the first time, I felt a little disappointed with the outcome of a photo project.
I contacted customer service by phone. The phone was answered promptly, no long waiting times, the advisor was friendly, helpful and efficient and gave clear instructions how to resolve the issue.
Emails that followed were also dealt with promptly, and I was very happy with the solution offered.
Brilliant customer service like this is such a rare thing these days, where so many companies seem to do their utmost to make contacting them near impossible and force their customers to navigate chat bots and FAQ pages.
I applaud you, Cewe, for the exemplary customer service experience!

Used the CEWE software to produce a photobook. Software is ok, it needs a few tweeks but after a short while it is easy to use. The finished quality is very good, we are very pleased with the result.

It was easy to create my photo book online. The delivery was faster than anticipated and the book looked exactly like I designed it. Its of good quality and I am very happy with the product and the service

Excellent quality of the prints submitted. Processing images easy to follow with no issues navigating the process. "(See below).
Prints received on time and securely packaged against any mishandling during delivery, which was on time.
* Processing a larger panoramic print was problematic due to dimensions not available for the print size required. Otherwise, recommended.

High price compared with similar sites. No quality control or proof reading at manufacture stage, customer service devoid of any responsibility. Will not use again.

I enjoyed the experience of using the app. To create my photo book and was pleased with the end result. However, the options within the app. take some learning and I think that that a simple tutorial would help. Perhaps it already exists and I overlooked it! In particular advice on insertion of text would have helped me. But, after hours of screen time, I gave in and submitted an untitled album for printing.
