Always happy when ordering from a Company that delivers on its promises because these days it's always a gamble. Ordered a spotlight fitting for kitchen which I liked for space & what I wanted, size & design of light fitting was perfect. Ordered & delivered quickly & secure & included required bulbs. Really happy with my purchase & quality of product & overall delivery updates from Company & awareness of any Customer Support if needed.

Had updates on a delivery due so was expecting it, wasn't delivered. Neighbour knocked my door at 8pm to say she had my parcel. Firstly, new neighbour, works 12hr shifts, secondly delivered to wrong house & an inconvenience to both neighbour & myself. How is No 8 confused with No 18 in a Street with 19 houses & my house is advertised with a clear address plaque etc & not delivered properly? Package address label was clearly stated & understandable so no excuses just poor service.

Variety of supplements cover a wide range of specific concerns as well as daily additions that diet alone doesn't address.

I wasn't aware that I was actually buying an Endurance Front Door from a Installer but, I was aware of Company beforehand. Composite Door replaced a UPVC door. Very happy with quality & finish of door, robust & sturdy & is a good investment & upgrade. Locking system is reassuring & arrived with 5 keys that could be registered. Variety of designs & colours to choose from with hardware colours and choices depending on style of door you've chosen. Door was fitted a week ago & I'm happy with it, like the design of it & am confident in its security abilities & have peace of mind with a long running guarantee.

A coat that finally fits my 15mth old JRT! She's long & thin, weighs 5.7kg so not your average build of a JRT & finding a coat was difficult until I found Ginger & Ted. Wanted a coat that was warm, waterproof and with a harness hole & after measuring her, I was able to find a coat that would fit in length as well as body & it fits perfectly! I also like the fact it has a collar so covers her neck. Fantastic quality & came with a bag, handy for storing coat during Summer, & some handy biodegradable poo bags. My excitement was not met with same enthusiasm from Pup but she'll be happy when she's warm & dry! Will probably order a tweed coat for Spring/Autumn dry, cold days. Also Ginger Ted was recommended to me by a Dacshund owner who pointed out that although my Pup is longer in leg than a Sausage, her body length wasn't which is something I'd not thought about( her Sausages have been paid in treats!).

Ordered a Keter Shed at a very good price point with free delivery. I was updated regularly regarding the status of my order & was called to book in a convenient delivery date. Delivery went smoothly & no damages, the Drivers placed the boxes where I needed them & were courteous. Order was despatched quickly & in completely eco friendly packaging & products in glass jars. I also was interested to see that there is a range of products specifically for animals & prefer to use natural based products not just on me but for my dog. Am looking forward to see if these products help/repair my feet & how if needed is a positive result for my dog. Also, I was impressed that via purchasing from Active Silver, a tree is planted which is a conscious awareness that the Company has of climate & ecological issues that the world is dealing with. Ordered online & delivered quickly. Ordered as my puppy had been on the Puppy food & I was looking to change to an Adult Diet. I did contact Lilys Kitchen to ask advice as my Pup is small breed prior to ordering. I was advised to try the Country Casserole kibble that comes in a Small Breed Variety. So far she's enjoyed every mouthful of what I ordered & it was nice to see different varieties that regular pet shop or supermarkets don't stock. Good quality food, delivered to my door in recyable packaging, Happy Dog Mum, Happy Dog!

Such a clever idea! Really easy to set up & for £2.95 a month gives me total confidence that in the event my dog went missing I would be reunited with her quickly and alerts would be sent to local Vets etc.
