I found the website very clear and easy to follow.
When I ordered the wrong size of tablet (my mistake) it was quickly rectified and my card was not charged.
I received an email with a detailed description of what I had ordered and medical information about the product.
The correct prescription came through on a Sunday morning! Amazing!

My dogs medication arrived at room…
My dogs medication arrived at room temperature when it is supposed to be chilled. The courier company will not accept responsibility and Viovet will not accept responsibility either. I was at home but the courier did not either come to the door or leave in designated spot but left in direct sunlight. Viovet have said that I should not use meds but need to buy some more. I am a pensioner and will find it very difficult to find the £100 it will cost. So either my 13 year old dog will have to go without his pain medication for 2 months or I need to find the monies from somewhere. Not impressed with Viovet at all.

Clear and simple process.
VioVet made ordering my dogs vital heart medication simple, stress free and reliable. The lady I spoke to on the phone answered all my questions and explained how it works very patiently and politely. Uploading my vet's perscription and then ordering the amount I needed was a clear and precise process. It was incredibly good value for money too. The medication arrived within 2 days delivered into my hand by the post man. Fantastic service.
