Another great rental through Zest. This time with Centauro. This time we were taken by shuttle to their depot. Had to wait a little bit due to problems with customers before us but handled quickly when it was our turn and got a better class of car because they had none in our class left. That was a very nice surprise. Car was spotless and new and gave us no problems all week. Hand back was smooth and again a quick turnaround back to airport.

Ordered this for my best friends birthday. Really disappointed because it is so small it is impossible to read both the names and the message in the pot.

This was my second visit to DFS and I was lucky enough to speak to Abbie on both occasions. What a breath of fresh air. After helping me initially to judge the size of chairs that I wanted that were not on display I decided to go for a 2 seater instead. Abbie gave me her opinion on colours I had thought about and made ordering smooth from start to finish. What a bubbly personality. Lovely to chat to and got genuine great customer service. Well Done

Delivered and left in back garden. This may seem a worthless gripe but they said between 4-7 and arrived at 2. I was still at work and had arranged for a friend to sit in my house. So a bit inconvenient then contacting my friend while at work to cancel. Either knowing it could be left without a signature or being delivered in correct time slot would have been more helpful.

After searching for the perfect handle for my upcycled telephone table I found brass bee. Great quality and despatched quickly. It finishes it off perfectly. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Didn’t have size we needed in store. Ordered it and could see it was despatched later that evening. My daughter was wearing her new coat 2 days later. Brilliant service.

First holiday away with our extended family and baby granddaughter. Already knew the area and Casa Oleander did not disappoint. We were so excited when we saw the size of the rooms. Our children and their partners had the downstairs and us oldies had upstairs. I have never been in such a well equipped villa. It was a home from home at our fingertips. The outside kitchen and communal area was to die for and the heated pool meant that we could swim when and for how long we wanted. With the various options for eating we could follow the sun around the villa.
The welcome pack supplied on our arrival was amazing. We soon tucked into fresh Portuguese bread with cheese and ham washed down with a delicious red wine. Tea coffee juice sugar dishwashing tablets - the list goes on
Luz was around a 30 minute walk (with a pram) to the beach. This can be done along the front with around 100m on rocky unfinished road but still easily handled by the buggy.
Plenty fantastic places to eat with hardly a need to visit Lagos.
Will definitely return.

After receiving word that the order had been processed 10 days ago I have heard nothing since. This is the second time this has happened. Surely late/missing orders are flagged up on a report and contact with the customer would be a matter of course. I am a retail manager and it certainly happens in my company.

Apart from having to ask where the Hoppa office was as we came into arrivals hall - we couldn't ask for better service. Once we had shown them our booking voucher we were quickly ushered to a mini bus which left immediately and we were dropped at our hotel first. Brilliant first class service
