The ladies in your store are so friendly, I went with my mum who is in her late 80’s, nothing was to much trouble, they were exceptionally patient with her, and never once made her feel under pressure to buy. I took her there following our purchase about 12 months ago, for exactly these reasons. Kind, understanding and friendly, you’d think that was simple, but so many places get this so wrong. You have your approach spot on and your staff are a credit to you!

Ordered same day delivery- didn’t order till late morning and they were there early afternoon. Flowers were beautiful and the whole online transaction was very straight forward (as I’m not that great with some of the online processes)

The most helpful people and fantastic customer service. I’m just “jo public” but you are treated as just as important for a £2 light bulb as you are as a contractor. He is kind, gentle and helpful to the old folk too - will split a pack of batteries if they just need 1. Wish there were more people like this in the world!

Great service and definitely the place to go if you prefer to shop without the constant harassment of a Sales Person. Sales consultant was informative and helpful but not "surgically attached" unlike other stores we had visited. Technology in the stores is really informative and the selection is superb.
