Flowers where delivered in excellent time! my friend loved them. I will def be using the service again.

Ordered flowers from Flowers Same Day Melksham on Monday this week. They phoned and said their flower supplier had let them down. Ordered again on Thursday of the same week and received a phone call this morning saying exactly the same thing. Clearly unreliable. Would NOT personally recommend or use them again.

The flowers were nice, but they didn't do same day delivery. I've still given 3 stars to be fair, as they did call immediately after my order to let me know it wouldn't be the same day. While on the phone confirming that the next day would be ok (a pain, but what else could I do?), I mentioned that I assume I'd receive a postage refund. That was agreed. 3 weeks later and no refund. It's only a quid, but it's the principle.

Not only were my flowers delivered a day late, but the bouquet I received was completely different from what I originally ordered, including the flowers and colours. I even have proof of what I ordered compared with what was actually delivered.

Why offer customers a specific bouquet style if you have no intention of fulfilling the order as advertised? This is incredibly disappointing and feels completely untrustworthy and unprofessional. I expected to receive what I paid for, and I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received.

It seems a lots of people have had the same experience as me. I was also called after placing my online order to say they can’t delivered the flowers and chocolates the same day. We agreed on a refund. The refund has been made but my bank can’t see this transaction nor in pending!. I am in the process of trying to sort this out with my bank. Absolute nightmare. Please avoid at all cost!!

Not at all impressed with flowers Same Day. They said they could deliver when order was placed and paid for then over 2 hours later rang to say it would be tomorrow. Absolutely fuming and they need investigating under the Trade Descriptions Act. Avoid at all costs as false promises don’t work in this industry. 0/10

I would like to thank flowers Same day for there quick reply on the telephone when i wanted to ordered some flowers for my granddaughters graduation day the flowers were lovely and delivered quickly thank you

I was very disappointed with the flowers delivered to my goddaughter on her graduation day . I selected a £48 bouquet and asked for bright and colourful design , instead , the colours were very pale , carnations and low price flowers . I could have bought a better arrangement at Waitrose and less expensive . Not happy at all ☹️

Ordered flowers and chocolates for our anniversary the flowers were great and my wife loved the chocolates,it was delivered on the day as arranged so I can’t fault it really

Ordered a summer collection with delivery for nearly £50, I was shocked at the quality and amount of flowers in the bunch. Honestly I could have gone to a garage or supermarket and picked up a much better bunch, very disappointed. Complained and received a £10 discount which was fine but still grossly overpriced. Petals were dropping after a day I was told they were fresh flowers and the buds would open well after a week they haven’t and are just dying. I won’t be using them again and do not recommend anyone else does just pop down your local supermarket!

Easy to use, good updates and even a photo of the bouquet sent by the local florist, you do not get the personal touch from other well known international florists.

I live in Far North Queensland, Queensland. I ordered flowers and chocs online for my brother and his wife for their Silver Wedding. They live in SW Ireland.
They arrived on the day and both my brother and his wife were fulsome in their praise for the "gorgeous bouquet " and Salted Caramel Truffles!
I can heartily recommend this company. Thank you.

Yes great that they can deliver the same day, but very disappointed with the £39.99 bouquet of flowers. Nearly all green foliage, hardly any colour, one yellow rose.
I only used them because my local florist has closed and the £30 bouquet I would get from them had twice as many flowers. Wish I could show photos to compare.

Delighted with this service. A very last-minute online purchase at 8am resulted in a beautiful bouquet being hand delivered only 5 hours later. My Aunt was thrilled. The flowers were lovely, and I felt £45 including same day delivery was very reasonable. Will certainly use you again.

We ordered flowers for a friend who was suddenly bereaved. We chose the hand-tied florist's choice bouquet - illustrated as a full and generous bouquet.
What my friend received embarrassed us. The bouquet that arrived looked about half the size of that illustrated on the site, and was best described as a "bunch". I've seen much, much better at the supermarket for half the price.
On complaining, we received £9 refund (1/5 of the cost) and the explanation that because the flowers were so fresh and included buds, they would look much better in a few days. I'm sorry, but that doesn't wash - I've had cut flowers before and no amount of buds opening makes a few stems look like twice as many.
Very disappointed and embarrassed, would definitely not recommend.

I ordered flowers for a friend for her birthday. The flowers were delivered the same day and were absolutely beautiful. A stunning flower arrangement which I saw when I visited my friend a little later after delivery. Thank you.

Ordered a bouquet and my order was immediately put through, effective communication to solve an issue on my end, flowers were beautiful and delivered the next day. Would definitely recommend 😊

I paid £53.89 for flowers to be delivered to my daughter in law for the birth of our second granddaughter. The flowers were delivered on time… BUT certainly didn’t look like the armful of flowers that the photo depicted. The flowers themselves were ok, nothing amazing, but I could have ordered them from Waitrose for £10. When you pay such a huge amount to a florist, you do expect the flowers to have an impact. Very very disappointing. Flowers delivered to Shrewsbury 8 May.
