The ease of processing

Great service. Staff helpful, knowledgeable, and had good suggestions.

The only suggestions I have:

I found it very difficult communicating with the mobile given. I left & text several messages with no response. I think there should be other means of communication, since you cannot reply to emails sent to you.

My other suggestion is, when I went into the store, after doing all online information, there wasn't available the size stone in the earrings I was looking to buy. The staff were very apologetic.
I had to order on the basis of a different size. As you have 30day return policy, I took the chance it would be ok.
My earrings turned out beautiful and I am very happy with them.

Overall a very good experience.
