I’ve found Octopus to be much better than previous suppliers I’ve used. Great for using green energy, lots of fun little games to play to save money, cheaper tariffs than other suppliers and good communication with customers. Thanks.

Absolutely fantastic product and customer service. I love my heated throw and have used it regularly so was gutted when it stopped working. I contacted customer service who were extremely helpful and provided a replacement product very quickly. I have had an excellent experience and am delighted with my replacement throw.

Europcar Faro airport are con artists. I specifically stated on multiple occasions that I did not wish to purchase any additional services or extras for my hire and that I only wanted the car which I had prepaid.

The woman serving continued to try to up-sell. Every time I refused and restated that I only wanted what I had prepaid.

She then put a Portuguese contract in front of me and I wrongly thought this would be for the service I had asked for and had already paid for but she was charging me for all sorts of extras which I had declined.

My card was charged for the extras and customer service have refused to refund it as I signed the contract in a language I do not speak.

Do not trust the customer service reps in store as they are out to try and fleece customers out of money. I was told that the contract was just for the items I had requested but she had sneaked additional items into my order.

I was very impressed by Musclefood. I ordered a selection of meat, which was well priced, arrived on time and tasted delicious. The chicken breasts are huge! I would definitely buy again and would recommend to others.

I was very impressed by the service received at Ellis Brigham. I purchased a new snowboard helmet and it arrived the next day without paying extra for next day delivery. Thanks very much!
