Plants are great but I'm afraid some plants get damaged in transit. This is the carriers fault. I've had one parcel thrown over side gate! Maybe better packaging???

On time but it is a large heavy box. Driver leaves on step which is awkward to get out of door and carry in. Would be easier if he hung around and put it inside door for me (75 year old lady)

Courier never follows instruction. PUT PARCEL INSIDE PARCEL BOX!! They leave parcels on top of box in full view of footpath and road. I have put a large label on the box with this instruction!

I had a problem with the non delivery from yodel. After contacting customer service, a new one was sent out. This was delivered safely although 4 days after the birthday. The recipient said they were delicious!

We know we're not the cheapest, but we do believe that we offer value for money because of the love that goes into every product.
