This was my first time ordering through vita plus Canada and I'm happier than a pig in poop. it was easy I found great deals on stuff I wanted
. they shipped fast the product were as advertised. and they tossed in some samples which with a background in sales I appreciate.

One of those deceitful online "businesses" except worse because they wait until they have all your information including photos of you then spring the fees and subscription BS on you. If their business practices are like that from the jump you really cannot trust them for anything after. And having your head shots is pretty personal. Considering they use AI to show to haircuts.

I wanted to get a service with internet calling switching from public mobile. the Sim card arrived with no pin no email attachment with the required information the links to resend the pin do not work

All support links lead to rogers and Shaw yet when you speak with the agent as soon as you tell them freedom redirected you or full on transferred you there they just end the session or hang up
After near a month of trying they sent an email saying after a month it expires they ripped me off for the cost of the sim

Their customer support is the worst I have ever experienced. their websites are linked Freedom, rogers, shaw the support links connect you to the same place yet when you speak to an agent they will not help you if you are connecting from one of their other sites. and they just hang up on you I tried to activate a sim for a month which was impossible as they did not send the required information in the Email

My reviews of Vevor have up until now been great. Until this last purchase which was one of my more expensive Vervor purchases.
I purchased a chainsaw to cut one season of firewood at a new home I did not expect much but thought Id get a season out of it.
I chose Vervor despite it being more expensive than other similar saws and waited longer for shipping despite needing it ASAP. It arrived and was a good looking chainsaw light and seemed reasonably well built. I had also purchased the tools to keep it in excellent shape.
It ran very well cut fast and was overall an excellent saw especially for the money. THE ISSUE: the saw ran well until you shut it off to refuel, move a log place a wedge etc then it would not start again until it cooled completely taking up to a few hours.
Amazon had no support at all so I contacted Vevor who offered boiler plate tech suggestions . when all those failed that was it.
Neither company would help no parts no warranty no return no refund nothing. Id had the saw a few days when I started the process and had used it a handful of times trying to get enough wood in the shed for a Canadian winter.

As a person who once promoted Vevor products to everyone, defended them as a business online and to other people told everyone how I thought that Vevor was different than other Chinese product vendors and you got a quality product at a decent price I feel betrayed and naïve Out the money spent in good faith on a product

trying to get help with AI and the micro parameters they allow is impossible. Amazon is really slipping you pay more get less and the support is almost non existent anymore.

TERRIBLE Their driver is scared of animals so having a dog in the house behind closed doors 100ft from the drop off is so scary he refuses to deliver. forcing us to make the trip to town suffer their terrible hours to pick up products you paid to have delivered to your door AND there is zero way to contact them. to speak to anyone

BNI courier is under the Post Media Parcel Service umbrella. BNI is SO hit and miss its brutal.

ur out of town delivery guy refuses to deliver because of a dog IN THE HOUSE and another on a leash 1500ft up the hill at another dwelling. She does not even have the stones to say it He reports that he "attempted delivery" in a time where security cameras are everywhere BMI gets caught out in a blatant lie, then when you attempt to pick it up their closed at 3pm and on weekends. So you order online to avoid just this sort of poop and then on top of the delivery fees you pay to get home delivery to amazon walmart Canadian tire etc you have to pay for the gas and time to go pick it up anyway AND take time off work to do it. BMI needs better drivers if you cannot handle dogs under control on the other side of a door hundreds of feet from you maybe being a delivery driver is not the best career choice for you...

Bought a string of their LED lights for christmas did not end up using them I installed them when I moved a couple months later. they worked for a month and died outright no warranty no help.
Before that the Music feature did not work unless you had the song on your devise the remote was required to operate on top of the app the app alone will only turn them off not on

Don't be fooled by the fancy pictures and hype all the money went into the packaging not the products

They force you to use electric or gas heat NO wood stoves and absolutely NO legal cannabis plants grown in your yard. Voids your insurance. Tyrannical behavior imo

Too expensive to watch mostly old content The interface is not intuitive and clunky. The price compounds on top of your access point like Prime video as its already double the price of anything else

NO Ethics at all steal your money and ghost you.
I started using Photo Pos Pro over 25 years ago starting with the free version. In 2022 I purchased their pro lifetime version with all the bells n whistles things went fine until I needed to refresh my PC.
I found out I could not get the software the links were broken the support non existent my key useless
I paid them in good faith for a product and they ghosted me after taking my money. Its disgusting to have their software you paid for but get told if you want to save a photo you need to give them

Abysmal, terrible, horrible

I tried to rent a truck and trailer they accepted the reservation scheduled me the equipment then changed the pickup-drop-off to another province then to a location closer that added an additional 70km mileage each way plus fuel.
When I called I was told the location I was given originally stopped being a U-Hail depot a month pervious. they offered 3 more potential locations all an hour drive away all adding more and more mileage.

And that's where the "service" ended no further discussion no options no adjustment for the screw up no mileage change. the only reason I know of those options is because they routed me through the USA who's customer service rep swam laps around the Canadian version who left me feeling I was interrupting her coffee break or something.
Our house sold and we must move so on top of the Canadian housing crisis U haul decided to add to the stress and rip me off !! What happened to U-Haul they used to be great now its terrible

Save your time searching through their website, entering your personal information and eventual disappointment.They don't ship larger items, which is why you end up on their site rather than Amazon. If you wanted a pound of ______ you can get that at Walmart or Amazon right.

Canadian stores don't make it easy to buy Canadian do they.

Amazon Prime Canada is not worth the cost

Canadian Amazon Prime keeps getting worse and worse. Its hit the point there is no point in paying the money every month.
One of the last vestiges of benefit was the Amazon photos as part of your prime subscription now they have deballed that too so to be clear they already nerfed prime music, prime video, prime shipping. They used to offer all the photo storage you wanted as part of that then they removed the videos making you pay for that now they have let you build up your library and tell you ohhh you now get 5gb and if you want more $$$$$$$
ALL this while raising the prime subscription fees.

Its kind of a dyck move if you have bought all their devices and stuck with them through it all and you certainly cannot say they need the money its more what everyone warned people about big business killing off all the little guys then essentially raping the people blind.

Not a good business to deal with. I purchased a can of paint from them to fix a fender the can did not come with the special spray nozzle. If you have never used their products you would not know it had a special nozzle theres little to no info on the can about it and without it, it looks like any other spray can.

The pain shot out in globs and all over the place I had to strip the whole fender and start over from scratch.

I made the company aware and was surprised they offered me a refund of $50 I gave them the address info they requested they said two weeks it would arrive I checked back a few weeks later and they said they were mailing it that day. OIts been several months and they have not sent anything nothing arrived.

I was not asking for money nor was I expecting any so it was a pleasant suprise they offered. But then to ghost a customer like that who had purchased several of their products to fix an error caused by their products was pretty rude. If Id not bought another can Id have NEVER known about the special nozzle the cost of the products time and materials I was out hundreds the $50 would not have covered it all anyway but it would have helped instead Ill never deal with them again

Terrible terrible terrible. I placed an order with them got a obligatory email response stating they got the order the payment cleared and thats where it sat for 10 days.
I reached out via FB as emails went unanswered.

On the tenth day they informed me their "was an inventory mistake" they went on to say they emailed but it probably went to junk mail and will refund me.

Im no noob I watch my junk mail in fact all folders there was no email sent. There was no return to my account. At least not yet so they sat for near wo weeks knowing they had taken money under false pretenses and done nothing to remedy it.

AVG reports they are a scam website and fake online store. The ecommerce site they use is also not overly reputable.

I suspect its more likely they discovered the book was worth more than they had listed it for and will put it up for sale at a new improved rip off price.

Whatever the reasons do not trust this business with your money.

Great shop A+++ transaction I was stoked to find most of the gourmet mushroom spores in one spot cannot wait to set up and get cooking. shipping was timely cost effective and easy. would have liked to see the common cooking mushroom spores but its not a big enough deal to transfer into a rating :) will shop there again
