The support I received was 5 stars, but my overall experience was frustrating. Never could get into the app to use it.

Excellent customer service! Resolved ny problem immediately!

There were so many options for each of the six photos I uploaded! I asked AI to tweak many different hair styles, colors, lengths, different parts, bangs, no bangs, curly, wavy, and straight options. I found the perfect hairstyle for my upcoming appointment! It was so easy and helpful to use. I would definitely recommend. Also, customer service was extremely helpful and friendly; answered my query immediately, to my satisfaction!

There was a mistake in my account which was dealt with by the team. I am pleased at their fast and considerate response to the problem.

I signed up by mistake. Fortunately the company refunded me without any problems.

I did not read the subscription info correctly and found myself paying weekly, followed instructions on unsubscribing but did not work. I emailed Reface and the problem was instantly rectified by Jake, who cancelled my subscription immediately. Thanks Jake.

He was polite/professional with my asking to cancel my subscription and asked if I would share my reasons as it would be helpful to the team. I did and he understood my situation and let me know that I could return in the future. I am very appreciative of all the information I received from Jake. I love the mobile app, but it makes it harder since I don't keep the majority of the pictures on my phone that I would need Reface for. They are regularly moved over to my computer to keep my phone unclogged.

This was why my question was regarding a way of using either a downloadable version for the PC or a browser version for PC/Laptops.

But the question was asked and answered promptly by Jake who provided great customer service via email and did answer my question regarding Subscriptions, and although it wasn't what I'd been hoping for, I understand it, even though there was no solution available at this time.

I do hope that you will consider a PC version of Reface in the future.

If there had been a PC/Laptop version, then I would have subscribed and given a 5 star review.
