Needed to get a competitive quote on car insurance. Money Supermarket directed me here. Online quote form was simple to complete and came back with a very good quote. A bit of fine tuning and job done. I needed to call customer service the next day to sort a small issue that was very promptly fixed by a very friendly agent. Well done.

It took 4 days to actually deliver after the 1st notification. Daily promises of delivery so I waited in but then a no show. Eventually it was delivered despite requesting it to be held at the depot. Despite UPS saying it needed a signature the driver left it in plain sight on the doorstep.
I would give NO stars if I could.

Submitted my problem online. Will called me and advised I was likely to need a new screen @C£500 and did I want to go ahead. Decided I would and sent the Mac. Diagnosed as needing new screen AND new HD total C£800. Discussed options with Will and decided not to go ahead. Communication was very good and although the repair was not economically viable on this machine I would definitely try them again.

Have been using Pharmacy First for many years now. When they have slipped up in picking and packing it has been rectified straight away without any hassle.

Just ordered the 2nd set of blinds. Once again very simple ordering process. The quality of the blinds is good relative to the price paid. I would definitely recommend to others and would use again if needed.
Customer service is also very good. I had a minor problem with a cord pulling out of the consolidation device. A replacement was sent by return of mail although I was able to fix the original.
