Would give a 0 if possible. Not delivered on time and wrong flowers eventually delivered. No way of contacting from UK, mailbox full. Son in Australia contacted them and they did offer a new bouquet or a voucher but l just want my money back. Always check reviews before buying

If you have any issues with a particular delivery company you can keep the following in mind when placing your order to ensure you can get the company you prefer.
Our standard delivery orders are mostly handled by Hermes. They process the majority of these orders but on some occasions Yodel can be used depending on the composition of the order
Our NextDay and Nominated day services are handled by Yodel. They process all these types of orders for delivery. Our Sunday day service is operated by DPD who currently only process this type of delivery.

Review of Purely Pets Insurance
I insured my dog with this company and later on she was ill. Here started the problems. Firstly it took ages to get hold of them then it took them nearly 3 weeks to make the decision to pay. Today l have tried phoning them as they have refused part of my claim. I was on the phone for 1 hour and 12 minutes waiting for a reply. When they eventually replied they told me l could not claim for the special dietary food my dog needed even though it says on the front cover that special dietary food is claimable up to £100. She did inform me that if l trawled through the whole booklet it does say on page ? part 24/6 that this only applies to specialist food for bladder stones. Crap company

I bought this to clean my Sandstone patio. It was a prior to winter clean and as it has been so wet there was a lot of blackspot and algae on there. I bought a 5 lt sprayer and used a 2/3 solution to 1/3 water mix . I now wish l had taken before and after photos. It came up extremely well. I did have to use neat solution on the really bad bits afterwards but l was delighted with the results.
