Easy to compare prices of different services, then book, print labels and then drop off at my nearest drop-off point. Parcel delivered on time. All good!

Parcel was delivered to somebody else's house

Parcel was delivered to somebody else's house. Text from courier said delivered to my house at 12-30. We were at home in front room at that time and saw no parcel delivery. Photo taken by courier showed my parcel in sombody's porch by a white door. My door is mahogany wood, I walked around the local roads for an hour looking for the porch. Could not find it, Two days later the parcel was put over my back gate presumably by the courier.

Parcel delivered to completely the wrong address in the wrong postcode! Luckily, the person who received it googled the business address on the parcel and called me so I could go and collect it.
