Last month I had new front door , and this month I replaced a very badly warped back door, all with this great company. Gavin was extremely good, great workmanship, very tidy, friendly. I recommend this company.

My pepper grinder stopped working (I reckon I lost the spring when re filling) so I asked the Company if they could replace just that. Instead I have received a new box set salt and pepper grinder, so I can not thanks them enough for their excellent quick and friendly service.

company says it will deliver on a certain day and does not, hard to get in touch with any one Yodel and then they just don't know what they are doing and get fobbed off with excuses, not a reliable company

Always wanted to learn basic sashiko and this class was perfect. 2 great teachers, very helpful , throughout, highly recommend this and their other classes. Friendly group. In 3 hours made a coaster to take home and lots of ideas to progress this lovely craft.

Had to try on several pairs of walking shoes, and Rosie the sales assistant could not have been nicer and extremely helpful

I had a wonderful stay, with my dog, at Old Shawls farm's quirky cozy log cabin. Set next to a wood with amazing views of the Black Mountain and valley. Fully equipped, cake and fresh milk on arrival, the log burner stove made our stay snug as bug in a rug during a snow day. Sue & John were marvelous, friendly hosts, busy on site running their animal/donkey sanctuary. Would definitly return.

I went on a 3 day retreat in Yorkshire and had a marvelous enriching experience. David & Manu are just brilliant at what they do...meditation and yoga. They are so friendly, helpful,knowledgable and have made this retreat a great weekend. I and the others all agree we have learnt so much and come away with more love and compassion for everyone.

Great little mini oven, sits on my kitchen work top, easy to use, healthy way of cooking...saves frying, ideal for pensioners,students etc

I paid for removal of mt old fridge freezer and 3 times over 2 weeks I was promised a courier would come by and remove it and 3 times no show. really BAD service.

crappy service...twice this week...
delivery drivers do not read the correct address and deliver it to wrong place, then the customer (Me) can not get hold of a person to speak to at Hermes, its all automated and cuts you off, so the problem can never get resolved.

no recourse with this company if they say parcel delivered and its at the wrong address, can't get to speak to anyone, run by machines that cut you off, website inaccurate,
