A long wait for dispatch
Ordered fabric at lunchtime on Friday 10th. Delivery company did not get the shipment till the afternoon of Monday 20th. They delivered the next day, in just 18 hours. But Just Fabrics took 7 working days to process the order. Perhaps they did not have the fabric in stock, in which case I would have appreciated some notification. Otherwise its not, to quote from their email "Our fantastic team are working around the clock to get your orders to you as quickly as possible".
Otherwise the service was without issue.

I love this company and always enjoy…
I love this company and always enjoy receiving their products. The fabric I had for curtains was lovely and I’m very pleased. The only reason it has 4 stars is I ordered double width lining fabric, it arrived in two bolts instead of one. Firstly this was annoying as I had to sew it together, but to my surprise only one bolt was double width the other was single which meant I didn’t have enough and had to wait to complete the curtains nail I ordered more! I didn’t complain because I had the fab for a few months before I started the project and hadn’t checked it.

I have taken a look at your order placed in April and can see that two different linings were ordered. It appears that an order was placed for 3m of the double width lining and 2m of a single width lining. This is why these were delivered on two rolls.
