Review of Motel One
Stayed at Newcastle motel one, location wise it’s fantastic, staff on arrival were great, rooms a bit shoddy compared to the beautiful reception area which is very swanky! Room was clean although Carpets are a bit grubby! Another party member had issues with the door to the room it wouldn’t close in their room and they slept with the door open!! Next morning we went to grab a coffee in reception and was served by a young dark haired lady she told us to grab a drink from the breakfast section and she would charges us for what we wanted, because at this point there was a few waiting to be served, went over and the another blonde haired female staff member told us to put the mugs back she was very abrupt and rude and at one point had to remind her we were customers! If you have cctv watch it back 4th July around 9.30am No customer services skills at all! So rude! This was the only rude staff member we came across everyone else was great!

SCAM! Do not use! They access your bank and take money out! We paid £1.49 for the app to alter 1 photo and 1 week later had £35 taken out! No email sent telling us this was happening! No reply to emails! DO NOT BUY THIS APP!

Would highly recommend iheat for boiler installation! Placed the order and could have had installation within 3 days but we wasn’t in an immediate rush so was arranged for a week later, plumber came on time, was brilliant and stayed late to ensure we were all up and running, changed from a 22 year old boiler with water tank to a combi and it’s now been 2 weeks and no problems at all! Polite, tidy, efficient fitter. Great service!

Jet2 were great over the phone booking, everything ran extremely smoothly, we did have an aircraft change which resulted in our booked extra leg room seats been changed 2 week before the holiday and now placing 1 person placed at the front of the plane and 1 at the back 🤦🏼♀️ I contacted Jet 2 CS who rectified quickly and efficiently but couldn’t place us in extra leg room anymore so refunded us.
The hotel we booked on the jet 2 website never once mentioned it was a pet friendly hotel (I later saw its heavily promoted on the hotels own website, too late for us to change hotel though), we had taken my mother with us who is extremely allergic to cats! ( anaphylaxis) Absolute disaster the hotel is over run with cats! the cats sat on furniture, sun beds, all over the place the slightest hair on furniture would have sent my mums allergy through the roof! They kept us awake in the early hours fighting, They were in all the outdoor eating areas of the hotel, we wouldn’t stay at Limak Arcadia in Belek again but only because of the cats! The the hotel itself was great, some staff were amazing some staff just not so, the food was ok, the Chinese and Italian on site where lovely! Out hotel room smelt really strongly of mould, I had to open windows all day to stop the smell! However, the rooms deco was nice, stocked mini bar and clean towels every day, the pools and activities etc were great! Great hotel for kids, beach bar had nice snacks, land of legends is a MUST visit!

I was a little worried to use house Simples their free house listed sounded to good to be true, but it isn’t, I ended up going for the premium package and let me tell you it’s so worth it! I have 4 viewings booked within 12 hour of listing! The valuer Kath was amazing and professional and Kev the photographer was brilliant the photos were fantastic! Lisa the account manager called and she was so helpful and really friendly. Would highly recommend House simples!! Five star from me
