I've been attending gigs for 20 years now and have heard lots of negative things about Viagogo however I took the plunge on a recent show and everything worked as expected. I brought the ticket, got a low price much below face value (last minute the day before the show), I assume someone was just trying to get rid at that point, got the ticket transferred via Ticketmaster. Perfect!

I think the experience on this site is much to do with luck of the draw if you get a decent seller, but at least you have their money back promise to cover your costs.

I wouldn't use this site generally still due to the uncertainty and the extreme mark ups which seem to be completely unregulated by the site itself but on this one occasion it worked.

If you want to try and see if you can get a last minute deal, are aware of the risks with the site and are willing to claim your money back of things go wrong, go for it. If not stick to official resale channels via Ticketmaster etc.

If you know your size and like the look of a product, go ahead and order. I'm sure you'll love it. If you are in between sizes and may need to exchange, don't bother unless you're willing to be in for the long haul. I made an order in early February (around the 10th). I received the order after a slow turn around about a week and a half later. I had to exchange a size, so I followed all their instructions and sent it back. From that point I heard nothing. Finally on the 12th March I sent an email to chase this with the proof of delivery and they said they hadn't processed it yet even though they had the return for about 2 weeks at that point! Strangely about an hour later, they found it and processed it. After that it took about another week for it to arrive. Overall it took about 6 weeks from order to completed exchange. I've literally had my bathroom ripped out and reinstalled quicker than these lot can exchange a t-shirt. Buyer beware of service.

Order four tees for myself and the wife. Both of us are very happy with the prints, quality of fabric, delivery time and service overall. I'm sure we'll order again.

Top band merch and great service. Only 4 stars because I'm not a fan of having no other option than paying £10 for delivery. Basically half the cost of a t-shirt. It would good to have an option for less money and slower delivery service routes. Because of this I very rarely purchase from here unless I really can't find it elsewhere.

I have been going to the Gravesend bootcamp for a few months now, I started with their offer of 10 sessions for £10 and have since signed up for a full membership. Everyone is really supportive, accommodating and you only need to work as hard as your level of fitness. There's no pressure! Would definitely recommend.

Got a monthly subscription and it's worth it. The quality of the products are top notch and also the ease of it. Always arrives on time and knowing each month a new pair of boxers and socks comes so I can throw out pairs with holes in as an when and never have to keep a track on if I need to go buy more is awesome.
