The product was fine, but what I really object to is the horrible adverts I now get for AliExpress. These are mostly for adult related products, which is quite frankly embarrassing.

I ordered a sat nav update for crying out loud, nothing adult related!

For this reason, I will NEVER order from AliExpress again.

Parcel stolen before delivery

I used Evri for an eBay sale. I dropped it my local post office. Well packaged etc. it arrived at the seller with the box blatantly cut open with the Xbox inside stolen. I will NEVER use Evri again.

Very happy customer. I was able to get my car in for repair, service and MOT at short notice. All work done promptly and kept fully informed. Very reasonable prices and very professional service. Otto's garage strike me as an independent business that is very keen to offer excellent service and gain an excellent reputation. I will definitely be using again.

Buyagift is a scam. I bought a hotel break for two with dinner for my wife's birthday, but we can't book anything without having to add at least £125!! What an absolute joke.

I will not buy a buyagift voucher again.

Update. We have now lost the whole voucher. Wanted £20 to extend it, but even looking at alternative options, wanted at least another £70. It advertises things at a certain price, then when you try to book, the price jumps. I am now £75 out of pocket and buyagift have made a free £75 out of me.

Absolute scam. Have I made that clear? Buyagift is a scam.

Otrium have redeemed themselves a little. My first order was totally messed up and never delivered, but after a few weeks, Otrium have finally sorted me out with a 25% discount and have now delivered my new order.

My first review was removed (for no reason as I provided proof of purchase as requested by trustpilot), therefore I am resubmitting. There is nothing rapid about officialrapidtests. I sent off my sample PCR UK arrival test on 26 Dec and did not receive a result until 5 Jan. This was a day 2 test, that was supposed to be turned around quickly. I tried to contact officialrapidtests numerous times during this period to try to find out what was happening with my results, to the email address provided on their website, but never received a response.

I have emailed officialrapidtests numerous times since, but still nil response. They do not have any customer service that I can see.

I would leave a better review, but I have just been ripped off having two tyres fitted that were £26 more than I should have paid.

I had an MOT completed on my 18 year old Clio. I knew it needed two new tyres and told the centre this when I dropped the car off. Online, the cheapest tyre for a Clio Mk2 is £36.99 fully fitted (the car doesn't go further than 10 miles at a time, and this is all that is needed). I had tyres fitted at £49.99 each, but the online price of these is only £43.99. Apparently, if I had ordered the tyres myself (rather the Halford autocentre doing this), I would only have paid £43.99. What is this all about???

This is ridiculous. I am at £12 worse off, and could even have saved up to £26 if I had it explained to me that if I ordered tyres myself on line I would save money.

This is clearly just profit making for Halfords. They are a tyre, MOT, service etc centre. They should be able to provide tyres at the correct price.

I will NOT be revisting Halfords again.

Two pairs of glasses for under £20, unbelievable!! The glasses are good quality and look a LOT more expensive than they cost.
